I have a good friend named Mester Catalin, and while we were enjoying a beer in Romania, he shared his vision about failure with me.
He told me about his own experiences with homelessness and the numerous setbacks he had faced.
Despite trying many things, his biggest challenge was dealing with people who judged him, and his mindset had convinced him that he was a loser.
At the age of 40 he spoke passionately about his vision, which was centered around embracing failure.
He started small, organizing events for 5-10 people, and gradually expanded his reach by using Meetup.com.
Eventually, numerous organizations expressed interest in collaborating with him.
Yet, he remained committed to his vision of “I Love Failure.“
The pinnacle of his journey occurred on a particular night when he hosted the largest “I Love Failure” event in the world, featuring over 2000 attendees, including celebrities and individuals who openly shared their own experiences of failure.
Congratulations to my friend Mester Catalin for seeing his vision become a reality!
His vision is to teach everyone that failure is Love, and soon or later this movement will be all around the world!
